Vendstar Problems and Complaints About Gumballs

Vendstar Gumball Problems:

I learned the hard way that Vending gumballs with the Vendstar 3000 will not work, and I don't want you to make the same mistake. When I began, I opened up the candy wheel as much as possible and poured the gumballs into the bin. It worked most of the time, but about the 10th time or so, the machine would not vend the gumball. This led (you guess it) to COMPLAINTS and problems with the Vendstar vending gumballs.

Complaints are something I try to avoid at all costs to preserve good accounts. It's usually easier to KEEP a good account than find another good one. Keeping complaints low with your Vendstar 3000 machines should be your priority.

The machines can be cranky just like your customers, so they must be checked for alignment (the dispensers in the candy bin), checked for bad product, checked for missing doors, and check for cracked places anywhere on the body.

Vendstar Gumball Problem Solved:

There is a way to vend gumballs in your Vendstar 3000 without complaints at least most of the time! That solution is to order a gumball wheel to replace the candy wheel or dispenser. You can order it from the Vendstar manufacturer or buy one off Ebay which may be the easier way.

I do want to mention there are some operators who have modified the equipment to vend gumballs, but it is not a straightforward approach. I would not recommend it especially if you have several machines you want to sell gumballs with. Best of success to you!

In my opinion, the ability to vend gum balls in a Vendstar would be a great asset worth your while.
